ShopRite in Montgomery is a great place to shop. The store is clean, well organized, and has a great selection of groceries. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the checkout process is usually quick and efficient. I also appreciate the quality and variety of the fresh produce, meats, and prepared foods. Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable supermarket for the Montgomery community, and I’m always happy to shop there.

I have been to this ShopRite multiple times now and there is one cashier in particular, Karim, that has been very disrespectful and disgusting. just today, 7/29/26, i had just finished my shopping and was heading to check out when I'm assuming a young girl walked passed him because I hear the cashier say "I would never let my daughter wear anything like that because men might stare". Not only do I find this disgusting because he would have had to stare at this young lady and had those thoughts but that is also incredibly inappropriate to be talking about in a workplace environment. I have also had a previous encounters with this same cashier where he was loudly proclaiming his options about politics, particularly abortion rights. again, these conversations that can be simply overheard by passer byers such as myself are incredibly inappropriate to be having in any work place environment and something needs to be done.

Worst experience ever had I was sick got the prescription from the pharmacy and Did my shopping And found one line open open for the checkout The lady was scanning items and as she was senior mistakes happened while scanning and she was confused and needed help in the from Front manager which was around and seeing us stuck and I was asking her to help, but she was refusing to help and working on return carts and saying she has no time too busy and then open a register for other customer and run them while I was waiting and cashier was also confused what to do because she needed assistance from the manager and after multiple times asking her, she came in and cancel all the transaction and asked me to go to a different register because I got into the Express line and it was not my fault as I was sick and I saw an open line and I just needed to get out and after some argument She opened a register for me, but during the process she was still leaving me on the register and walking around fixing others problems. I never felt this much insulted and if she has too many works, the management has to hire someone else to help her or give them some rest because of stress and customer service

I have never felt so insulted in my life. I work late hours and had to run to ShopRite in Montgomery because I desperately needed dog food. I got there at 09: 55 pm as soon as I walked in I got approached by two staff members telling me that they were closing soon. I replied to them and said "I will be right back, I just need dog food". After grabbing the dog food, I made my way straight to the check out. Suddenly, I saw an employee snatch boxes of cereal out of a child's hands. He then came to me and threw the cereal into my shopping cart then grabbed my cart away from me and said "we are closed". I looked at my phone and it was only 09:58. He continued to repeat "we are closed! we are closed! ". I understand that they want to close up and go home but they weren't even officially closed. Even so, they could have just let me check out. I cannot believe how aggressive he was to me and other customers. I have been a loyal customer for decades and I will never go back to this location ever again.

This is my go-to grocery store in the area, so I'm super thankful that this Shoprite exists. Some highlights include their seafood section, where I can get high-quality and fresh fish of different types, and their organic avocados which I really like and which they often offer deals on (pictured). Most things are reasonably priced and they often offer deals on particular items (although these can sell out quickly so you might want to head over there before by 4 or 5 pm). I'm glad they increased their fresh seafood hours to 6:30 recently, which makes it easier for people who finish work late. A couple of improvements I could suggest would be increasing their organic fruits selection (the oranges seem to be rarely available recently) and perhaps considering getting Yakult.
